You will need to know your child "application reference number" to enable you proceed to step 2 of this guide.  You have two options to search for your child on our system:

Schools Admission List  OR  Search by using your child's surname

a) Goto this link: 2015/2016 School Admission List

i)  Select "Search by Student Name"
ii) Type SURNAME of the child, (you may enter child first name in the "other names" box for exact match, but try using surname first only, enter the captcha code shown and click check now
iii) Look under the REFERENCE column, for this year admission, it starts with 15XXXXXXXX
v) Copy your child reference number somewhere, you will need this number to enable you complete the admission process, check status, print your admission slip and payment receipt.  This is very important number for your child, keep it safe.

b) Goto this link: 2015/2016 School Admission List

If you know the school your child was posted to

i)  Select "View Schools Admission List"
ii) Select the list from the drop down, enter the Captcha code displayed and click check now, the system will list all matching students currently admitted into the selected school
iv) Search for child name, make sure it matches also the primary school attended, if you cannot find your child on the first page, click through all pages.
iii) Look under the REFERENCE column, for this year admission, it starts with 15XXXXXXXX
v) Copy your child reference number somewhere, you will need this number to enable you complete the admission process, check status, print your admission slip and payment receipt.
