Ibrahim Sabo Mohammed was born on the 2^nd of April 1967 in Minna, Niger state. He is from Kuje, in Kuje Area Council of the FCT.

Between 1980 -1985 he attended Mu’azu Ibrahim Commercial Secondary School, Kontogora, where he completed his secondary school and obtained the West African School Certificate (WASC).

He proceeds to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he obtained the NCE (Business Education) in 1988.

Between 2000 – 2005 he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma where he obtained the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting.

He also holds the Masters of Business Administration (Finance)  from the Nasarawa State University in 2012. He is presently a Ph.D student in the same University.

     ii.            Fellow, ANAN (Association of National Accountants of Nigeria) 2011.

  iii.            Member, CITN (Certified Institute of Taxation of Nigeria) 2019.

     v.            Member, ITMEA (Institute of Treasury Management & Fin. Accountants) 2006.

  vi.            Member, TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) 2010.

vii.            Associate Member, Society for Forensic accounting and Fraud Prevention 2021.

Ibrahim Sabo as popularly known, started his working career as an Accountant II with the former Primary Education Board, FCT in 1989. He later became an LEA Accountant in various Area Councils before his deployment to FCT Universal Basic Education Board as head of Finance and Accounts in 2012.

He is pool staff of the FCT Treasury and presently a Director, Finance and Accounts, posted to FCT UBE Board, Garki Abuja since 2019.

He holds the following traditional titles:

He is happily married with five children, and grand children.
